Mrs. Earlie Ray Owens, age 81, passed away on Sat. Nov. 10, 2007, at her residence. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Thurs. Nov. 15, 2007, from Phillip Chapel AME Church, with Rev. Manuel Haynes, officiating. Interment: Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Visitation: Today from 4pm-9pm, at the funeral home. Mrs. Owens leaves in Gods care her loving & devoted husband, James Owens; 3 sons, James Jr. (Carol), Edward (Mary) of Muskegon, and Michael (Wanda) of Holland, MI; 5 daughters, Peggy (Albert), Phyllis (Randy), Eula and Joyce (Steve) all of Grand Rapids, MI and Clara (Marvin) of Muskegon; 30 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren, special cousin & friend, Earlie Mae Woods of Muskegon Hts., and other special friends, Roy & Shirley Fairfield of Egelston Twp. A host of other relatives, dear friends & church family. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son, 1 daughter, 1 brother and 1 sister.
