GILLETTE, MR EARL J. Fruitport Mr. Earl J. Gillette, age 91, died Sunday, August 15, 2004. He was born in Holland Township, MI on October 13, 1912 to Verdine & Minnie Brams Gillette and married the former Lorissa Townsend on June 7, 1938. Mr Gillette had served his country in the Navy Seabees during WWII. He been employed as a Construction Superintendent at Muskegon Construction Co. for nearly 20 years until retiring in 1976. He loved to work on cars and do building projects. SURVIVORS Son, Charles Marge Gillette of Norton Shores; daughter, Gale France of Lansing, MI; 5 grandchildren, Robert Sandi Gillette of Roosevelt Park, Brian Melissa Gillette of Norfolk, VA, Megan Gillette of Norton Shores, Joshua France of Lansing, MI & Abigail France of Spring Lake, MI; 4 great grandchildren, Austin, Dylan, Caleb & Emma Gillette; son-in-law, Ronald France of Spring Lake, MI; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorissa on December 11, 1982; brother, Gillette G. Gillette; sister, Gilletta G. Lawrence. SERVICE Wednesday, August 18, 2004, 2:00 PM at theClock Chapel - Fruitport with Rev. Al Hoksbergen officiating. Interment at Fruitport Cemetery. VISITATION Tuesday, 7-9 PM and Wednesday, 1hour prior to the service at Clock Funeral Home - Fruitport. MEMORIAL: American Red Cross or Charity of Choice. Clock - Fruitport
