Dr. Maurice Lee

Dr. Maurice R. Lee, 85, passed away on March 7, 2007, at Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, FL. Dr. Lee was born and raised in Muskegon, MI, lived in East Grand Rapids, and later moved to Sand Lake. During the last several years, Maurice and his wife spent their winters in Titusville. Maurice was a graduate of the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (Midwestern University) and celebrated over 50 years as an Osteopathic Physician and Surgeon before retiring in 1989 as a staff physician for Ferris State University. He was an avid golfer, loved to fish, and enjoyed playing billiards. His son, Brad, preceded him in death. Maurice is survived by his wife of 60 years, June Hesby Lee of Sand Lake and Titusville; son, Jeff Lee (Christina) of Braden-ton, FL; daughters, Melissa Zych (Richard) of Mims, FL, Marti Wile (Lance) of Schoolcraft, MI, and Amy Miedema (Greg) of Spring Lake, MI; and grandchildren, Stephanie Lee, Miranda Lee, Jake Wile, Jessica Wile, Lina Miedema, and Elizabeth Miedema.
