Dorothy C. Kops

Mrs. Dorothy Caroline Kops, age 97, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019. She was born in Muskegon, MI on December 18, 1921 to Frank & Etta (Anderson) Tyler and married John Kops on June 5, 1942. Mrs. Kops had been a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was a member of Fruitland Covenant Church, volunteered at Muskegon General Hospital and enjoyed weaving rag rugs. SURVIVORS Son, Lyle (Diane) Kops; grandchildren, Leslie (Rob) Young & Jason (Shannon) Kops; great grandchildren, Brandon Young, Anna Young, Jaslynn Kops & Chloe Kops. She was preceded in death by her husband, John in 1992. SERVICE Thursday, March 7, 2019, 11:00 AM at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Carl Franzon officiating. Interment in Fruitland Township Cemetery. VISITATION Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Clock Funeral Home - Muskegon.
