Dorman R. Hutchison

Mr. Dorman Robert Hutchison, age 80, passed away from his earthly body and this temporary world on Thursday, August 31, 2017 and entered into the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ, in whom he believed, and whom he had served since his salvation at age 8. He was born in Clayton, Michigan on March 25, 1937 to John and Irene (Horton) Hutchison and was married to Mary (Abraham) on June 12, 1959. Dorman was a true servant of Christ at the Little Black Lake Baptist church for the last 14 years. SURVIVORS Sons, David Hutchison of MO, Rev. Garth (Jennifer) Hutchison of Muskegon, Nathaniel (Mabel) Hutchison of the Philippines; daughter, Rachel (Doug) Bernhard of IN; 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brothers, Milton (Sandra) Hutchison, Stephen (Lois) Hutchison, Phillip (Judie) Hutchison, Lyle Hutchison, John Wesley (Joyce) Hutchison; sisters, Martie (Mike) Straup, Mary (Bill) Thomas; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary in 2013 and brother, Gary. SERVICE Tuesday, September 5, 2017, 11:00 am at Little Black Lake Baptist Church with Rev. Garth Hutchison officiating. Interment in Norton Cemetery. VISITATION Tuesday, 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Little Black Lake Baptist Church. MEMORIAL: Little Black Lake Baptist Church.
