Doris Yahne

Mrs. Doris Jean Yahne, age 73, died Tuesday, March 1, 2016 in Muskegon, MI. She was born in Grand Haven, MI on February 2, 1943 to John & Myrtle (Plank) Teasley and married Charles Yahne on May 14, 1960. Doris worked at John Thomas Batts Company for nearly 30 years before working at Oleco in Spring Lake until her retirement in 2005. She attended Lighthouse Christian Ministries with her husband and was a member of the Grand Haven Eagles Auxiliary. Doris enjoyed camping, golfing and bowling for many years. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. SURVIVORS Husband, Charles; 3 daughters, Jacqueline (Richard) VanderZwaag of Holly, MI, Jody Yahne-Reyes of Fremont, Julie (Randy) Cross of Muskegon; 8 grandchildren, Nathan (Ashlie) Eslick, Nichole Eslick, Marcus Eslick, William VanderZwaag, Jolie Anthony, Joni Alviar, Samantha Yahne, Anna Perez; 14 great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Austin, Autumn, Peyton, Mia, Nya, Demariana, Adriana, DeMarkis, Hunter, Kody II, Dylan, Christian, Jonielle; 2 brothers, Howard (Barb) Teasley, Steward "Pork" Teasley; sister, Leona "Tini" Teasley. Doris was preceded in death by a grandchildren Danielle Alviar and Jason Bass, brothers Jim & Leon Teasley and sisters Frances Heibel and Barbara Wolf.
