RUUD, MRS. DONNA E. Muskegon Mrs. Donna E. Ruud, age 84, died Saturday, November 11, 2006. She was born on December 10, 1921 in Scottville, MI to Donald and Irene (Murphy) Beard and married Edward J. Ruud on November 17, 1956 in Muskegon. Mrs. Ruud had been a secretary at the Pentagon for the Department of the Navy and later for the Muskegon city mayor at city hall and for the planning commission. She had been a communicant at St. Mary's Church and currently with Sacred Heart Church. SURVIVORS Husband, Edward J., 1 son, Thomas Ruud of Sparta; 1 daughter, Karen (Edward) Newmyer of Muskegon; 3 grandchildren, Katelynn Ashley, and Joseph Newmyer; 3 sisters, Patricia (Paul) Kroes of Chicago, Il, Bethelee Kordecki of Holland, MI, Carolyn Dietz of Youngstown, OH. A brother, Russell Beard predeceased her. SERVICE Wednesday, November 15, 2006, 11:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Church. Interment at St. Mary's Mausoleum, Muskegon.
