Donald T Prohaska

Mr. Donald Thomas Prohaska, age 52, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017. The son of Ronald & Gladys (Shealy) Prohaska, he was born in Columbia, South Carolina on June 1, 1964 and served his country in the US Navy. He married the former Julie Wright on September 7, 2001. Mr. Prohaska had been employed as a Tour Manager for VFI Marketing and a DJ "Cowboy Don" for years. Donald was a member of First Baptist Church and enjoyed golf, playing drums, music, Jeeps and spending time with his grandchildren. SURVIVORS Wife, Julie; children, Amber (Kirk Root) Elliott, Chaundra (Charlie Sobish) Nousain, Ashley (Cory Ackerman) Barker, Jessie (Jeremy) Cook; grandchildren, Baileigh Elliott, Joseph Elliott, Hannah Elliott, Cameron Sobish, Chase Sobish, Jace Stone & Lissa Stone; mother, Gladys Shealy; stepmother, Sharon Clark; siblings, Ron Brown, Judy Johnson, twin brother, R.J. Prohaska, Andy Prohaska, Joey Prohaska, Bruce Danz, Tammy Benkert, Brenda Eitniear, Rick Molyneux, Rochelle Kelly, Wanda Evans, Michael Wise, Cindy Wise; special close family, Al Shealy & Larry Evans; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and many in laws. He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Teri Wise Lewis. SERVICE Thursday, April 20, 2017, 1:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to the service at the First Baptist Church with Rev.
