LINDSTROM, MR. DONALD WENDELL Spring Lake, MI Donald Lindstrom, Sr., age 72, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2003 after a brief illness. Don was born July 12,1931 in Quincy, IL. He was preceded in death by his wife Norma in 1993. He was a cancer survivor for thirteen years. Don enjoyed those years by traveling, visiting family & friends, while never neglecting his daily use of the TV remote control, also entertaining everyone who knew him with his great sense of humor. SURVIVORS Don is survived by his sister Phyllis Berner of Spring Lake, Debrah Dieleman Jim Jerome of AuGres, Donna Pat Card of Twining, Donald Jr. Effie-Jo of Anacortes, WA, and Denise Schuitema Ron of Shelby. Two stepdaughters Arnetta Davis of Muskegon and Deb Wolfe of Nunica, fifteen grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, companion Marie Smith and many other family and friends survives Don. SERVICE A celebration of his life will be held in the community room of Country Estates, 14700 State Rd., Spring Lake on Wednesday, October 29, 2003 at 2 PM and on Thursday, October 30 at 7 PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Twining, MI. In lieu of flowers the family wishes that donations be made to the Great Lakes Division of the American Cancer Society in Lansing to Camp Catch-A-Rainbow, 1755 Abbey Rd.. East Lansing, MI 48823.
