Donald Morris Brower, age 85, passed away Monday, December 18, 2023. He was born in Marshall, MI on September 28, 1938 to Morris & Ernistine (DePeel) Brower.

Don proudly served his country as a US Marine from 1956-1958. He attended high school in Battle Creek, MI and then continued his education at Baker College, where he earned an Associates Degree. Don worked in the printing business as a lithographer and estimator for many years until retiring.

In addition to being an active member of Jibson Immanuel Baptist Church, Don enjoyed playing cards (especially Euchre) and golf, a sport he played often with family and taught his granddaughter, Sarah.

Don is survived by his gorgeous wife, Carol Brower; Children, Donald Brower Jr., Curtis (Michelle) Brower, Cathleen (Robert) Dayton, Christine (Tony) Ulbert, Carin Schlichting, Robert (Marcy) Schlichting; former son-in-law, Fred Thomas, former daughter-in-law, Katherine Wasmund, former sister-in-law, Mary Lou Brower, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his former wife, Barbara, his son Michael Brower, and his siblings Edward, Polly, Sandy, Larry and Wilda.
