Donald Bixeman Sr.

Mr. Donald J. Bixeman, age 86, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2010. He was born in Muskegon, MI on July 18, 1924 to Archie & Sybil (Bradford) Bixeman and served his country in the US Army during WWII. Don married the former Vivian Jean Carrier on January 18, 1962. Mr. Bixeman had been a Meteorologist and then a Purchasing Agent at Michigan Spring until retiring. He was a member of the Eagles, Elks and Moose Lodge. He will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Wife of 48 years, Vivian; sons, Donald J. Bixeman Jr. of Spring Lake, Dennis (Mary) Johnson of WI; daughters, Gale Bixeman of Spring Lake, Luann (David) Kindem of Grand Haven; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; special friend, Jack Keglovitz. He was preceded in death by his parents; step father, Neil Stever & great granddaughter, Venessa Koopman. SERVICE Friday, October 15, 2010, 1:00 PM at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Todd D.
