Mr. Dennis Lucas, age 60, passed away Thursday, June 28, 2007 in N. Muskegon, MI. He was born October 24, 1946 in Battle Creek, MI. Mr. Lucas married the former Sally Smith on November 5, 1979 in Harrisville, MI. Mr. Lucas was employed at Automatic Spring Products as a Maintenance Mechanic for over 13 years. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Mr. Lucas is survived by his wife, Sally; 1 son, Matthew; 4 daughters, Tammy (Derk) Morrill of Pensacola, FL, Jodi Hemmeke of Holland, MI, Terri McCormick of Grand Rapids, MI, and Kelli (Don) Wood of Fennville, MI; 1 brother, Mike Lucas of Fennville, MI; 1 sister, Patricia (Dennis) Gruner of Perryville, MI; 9 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Mr. Lucas was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Don Lucas and Jeffery Lucas. VISITATION: Sunday from 2-5 P.M. at the funeral home, and 1 hour prior to the service at the church. FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, 11:00 A.M. at Faith Baptist Church, 3593 Whitehall Rd., Rev. Jim and Josh Swieringa officiating. Burial is at West Olive Cemetery.
