Denise Darcell Wright-Harton, age 65, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024. She was born in Muskegon, MI on December 16, 1958 to Harold & Mary Wright and on July 5, 2002 she married Rickey Harton Denise had worked as a Bus Driver for the Muskegon Area Transit System for over 30 years until retiring. She was a graduate of Muskegon High School in 1977, a member of Corinthians Baptist Church and also sold Mary Kay products. Denise liked to jog, ride her bicycle, roller skating and bowling.

Denise leaves to cherish her memories, Husband Rickey Harton; daughter Kirtisha Wright; son Jarman Harton; daughter Rickisha Harton; 5 grandchildren Isiah Wright, Jamar Roberson, Charles Ware, Dafawn Ware, Majesty Harton; Siblings, Harold (Debra) Lash of St. Louis Missouri, Karen (Wille) Cross of Muskegon MI, Linda (William) Hunt Jr. of Muskegon MI, Jeanetta (Rickey) Sanders of Muskegon MI, Sharon Renee Wright of Muskegon MI, Italy (Al) Nevels of Detroit MI, Jacquelyn (Donald) Giles of Chicago Illinois, Toney Nelson of Milwaukee, Eammy Wheeler of California, Jeffery (Jaton) Wright of Muskegon MI, D'Shawn Wright of Muskegon MI; Step-Father, Charles Farmer. She was preceded in death by her parents Harold & Mary Wright, Maternal grandparents, Mary Davis, Henry Wright, Rown & Alma Lashly.

SERVICE

Friday, July, 12, 2024 at 12 noon at Corinthians Baptist Church. Interment at Restlawn Cemetery.
