DOCKERTY, MRS. DEBRA SUE Rochelle, IL formerly of Muskegon, MI Mrs. Debra Sue Dockerty, age 49, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2002 at her home in Rochelle, IL from cancer. She was born in Muskegon, MI on February 8, 1952 to Harold & Elsie Schutter Gowell & married Gordon Dockerty on May 1, 1983 in Berrien Springs, MI. Mrs. Dockerty had been employed as a Teachers Aid for Rockford Public Schools. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Rockford, IL & a 1970 graduate of Cedar Lake Academy & had attended Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN. SURVIVORS Husband, Gordon of Rochelle, IL; parents, Harold & Elsie Gowell of Muskegon, MI; 2 sisters, Renee Rene Gonzalez & Betti John Wolf, both of Muskegon, MI; brother, Ed Kathy Gowell of St. Augustine, FL. MEMORIAL SERVICE Monday, February 11, 2002, 11:00 AM at the Seventh Day Adventist Church with Elder Ryan Counsell officiating. VISITATION Saturday, 4-7 PM at the Unger-Horner Funeral Home in Rochelle, IL & one hour prior to the service at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Muskegon, MI.
