Dawn R. Lake

Mrs. Dawn Rose Lake, age 76, passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018. She was born in Spring Lake, Michigan on April 12, 1942 to Orlo & Rosella (Ireland) Taylor and married Daniel Lake on April 19, 1958. Mrs. Lake had been employed at Lake's Market and Admiral Gas Station until retiring in 1988. Dawn was a former member of Westwood Reformed Church and enjoyed making ceramic items, knitting, crocheting, collecting vintage post cards and going to casinos with Dan. SURVIVORS Husband of 60 years, Daniel; daughters, Kelly (Jim) MacMillan of Washington State, Kimberly (Rocky) DeJonge of Muskegon; son, Randall Lake of Muskegon; grandchildren, Adam, Andrew, Erik, Evan, Jason, Cara, Robert, Alex & Trevor; many great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Barb Taylor and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Dennis & Orlo "Lee". SERVICE Friday, September 14, 2018, 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at The Journey Community Church Northside, 1937 Whitehall Road, North Muskegon with Pastor Braden Britton officiating.
