David J. "Woody" Woodring

Mr. David J. "Woody" Woodring, age 65, died Saturday, November 29, 2008. He was born in Muskegon, MI on November 11, 1943 to Howard & Dortha (Hurd) Woodring. Mr. Woodring served his country in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam. He had been employed as a truck driver at USF Holland Motor until retiring. Woody enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping & going to the casino. SURVIVORS 2 brothers, Howard (Sandy) Woodring of Muskegon & Ron Woodring of Muskegon; 1 sister, Lorraine (Richard) Califf of Muskegon; several nieces & nephews; very close friends, Joanie & Brian Pierce, Roger Dailey, George McGruther, Larry Baugus, Fran Brock & Rick. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Sharon Woodring & sister-in-law, Mary Woodring. SERVICE Wednesday, December 3, 2008, 1:00 PM at Clock Chapel with Rev. Dave Cadle officiating.
