Mr David William Wallace, age 70, passed away Friday, January 3, 2025, at his home surrounded by his wife and daughters. He was born in Muskegon, MI on September 16, 1954 to Byron "Wally" & Betty (Sieffert) Wallace and graduated from Muskegon High School in 1972. He married Michelle "Shelly" Ridge on October 30, 1982. Mr. Wallace had been employed at Campbell, Wyatt and Cannon Foundry for 40 years until retiring. Dave liked fishing, grilling, gardening, and backyard birdwatching. He loved music and would be heard singing what was in his heart. He enjoyed going two-tracking in the woods and Fall Color Tour drives up north with his wife Shelly. Dave loved to spend time in the kitchen and make homemade Birthday Cakes and was well known for his spicy salsa. Some of his happiest times were hanging out with friends and family around a big bonfire. Dave will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Wife, Michelle "Shelly" Wallace; daughters, Amy (Jason) DeBoer, Stefanie (Rick) Welch; grandchildren, Chase Wallace, Richie Welch, Cooper Welch, Mason Welch, Pierson (Natalie) DeBoer, Braden DeBoer, Ian DeBoer, Anthony DeBoer, Harley Henderson; brothers, Wally "Buster" Wallace, Terry Wallace, Steve (Richelle) Wallace; In-laws, Jim Ridge, Cathy Kern, Karen (Don) Conwell, Joy Wallace; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister Sue Zuidema and brothers Robert "Robbie" and Joe.
SERVICE
Thursday, January 9, 2025, 1:00 PM at Clock Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Hansen officiating. Interment in East Dalton Oakhill Cemetery.
