David Eric Thomas

David Eric Thomas blessed this earth from May 3, 1982 to October 22, 2024. He was an amazing husband to Crystal and dedicated father to Laila (20), Tylor (18), Jarid (13), Evlyn (12), Clair (10), and Norah (7). He was a practicing witch, nature, martial arts, yoga enthusiast and home chef. He loved being out in nature with his family every chance he could. He and his family spent time together at the gym, cooking vegetarian meals, being outside and traveling often. He and Crystal would travel throughout Michigan visiting wineries and selecting wine to pair with meals for parties. David loved hosting and would often spend weeks planning the perfect menu and pairing it with wine. He often traveled to as many state parks as he could. He surrounded himself in nature and would spend all day photographing nature and walking the trails.

His family is comforted with the memories he leaves with them but also by the example of focus, determination and patience he set in their lives. In his short years on this plant he touched numerous lives and left his light on the hearts of many.
