David Oom

Mr. David Wayne Oom, age 41, of Grand Haven went to be with the Lord, Friday, September 21, 2007. He was born on June 29, 1966 to Edwin and Vera (Magrum) Oom. David was engaged to be married to Rheba Bolt of Grand Haven. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, loved to study the bible and help other people find the Lord. David is survived by his parents; Ed and Vera Oom of Grand Haven, two sisters; Kellie (Phil) Oom Vanderlaan and Karen (Maury) Fredricks both of Grand Haven; two brothers, Eddie (Kelly) Oom, Grand Haven, and Brad Oom of Wyoming. Also surviving are nieces and nephews; Danielle, A.J., and Sarah Oom, Breezy and Belle Vanderlaan, Sandi, Ben, Louis, and Sam Fredricks and several aunts, uncles and good friends. The mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church with Father William Langlois officiating. Interment at Lake Forest Cemetery. Friends may meet the family 5-7 p.m. Monday at Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Memorial contributions to Muskegon Rescue Mission.
