David A. Dean

DAVID ALLEN DEAN Mr. David Allen Dean, age 57, of Grand Haven, died Sunday, May 7, 2006 at his home. He was born in Grand Haven, MI on October 1, 1948 to Claude and Elvina (Karpp) Dean and married the former Karen Hudson. Mr. Dean served his country in the U. S. Navy and had been employed at Eagle Ottawa. David enjoyed hunting, loved dogs and was an avid fan of the Detroit Lions and the Red Wings. Survivors: wife, Karen, mother, Elvina Dean of Spring Lake, MI; father and mother-in-law, Don and Bev. Hudson of Ferrysburg, MI; son, Christopher Dean of Holland, MI; daughter, Carrie (Dean) Miller of Hastings, MI; sister, Linda (Leroy) Olsen of Nunica; 2 brothers, Ron (Calla) Dean of Leroy, MI and Dennis (Marti) Dean of Grand Haven. David was preceded in death by his father. A private family service will be held at a later date. Interment at Spring Lake Cemetery. Memorial: Hospice of North Ottawa Community.
