Darren Kirkey

Mr. Darren Joseph Kirkey, age 36, died Tuesday, July 21, 2009. He was born in Muskegon, MI on September 21, 1972 to Kenneth & Loraine (Lundquist) Kirkey. Mr. Kirkey had been employed as an electrician at Herman Miller. The most important person in Darren's life was his son Aden and their time spent together biking, fishing, and Darren coaching him in baseball. SURVIVORS Beloved son, Aden Gerald Kirkey; parents, Kenneth & Loraine Kirkey; 3sisters, Jill (James) Spoelman of Fruitport, Tamara (Michael) Irvin of CA & Laura (John) Bryll of CA; 2 brothers, Kevin (Denise) Virtue of Fruitport & Scott (Shannon) Virtue of Fruitport; dear friend Stacy LaNore, mother of Aden, of Muskegon; aunts & uncles; several nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Kirkey. SERVICE A private family service will be held at a later date.
