Daniel "Danny" E. Plouhar, age 65, our precious Down's Syndrome brother has gone to his home in Heaven on Sunday, March 18, 2012. He was born in Muskegon, MI on October 29, 1946 to Andrew & Suzanne (Krysch) Plouhar and worked at Goodwill for 40 years. Danny was a one of a kind gift from God. His smile captured the hearts of everyone he met and he will be greatly missed. He enjoyed Polka, Gospel music, traveling, fishing, NASA, Jesus movies, McDonalds and his church. But Foremost was always his family, especially his sister, Mary Jane and special friend, Sue Griswold. His body has been donated for Down's Syndrome Research. A special thanks to the Parkside Home and Harbor Hospice for the excellent care and love Danny received. SURVIVORS Sisters, Mary Jane Duguay of Muskegon, Louise (Glenn) Biggs of Montana, Lorraine (Ray) Gallik of Montana; brothers, David Plouhar of Manistee, Erwin Plouhar of St. Louis MI; several nieces & nephews.
