D. Billy Ray Rowe Duke

Mr. D. Billy Ray Rowe Duke, age 51, died Monday, October 4, 2010 at Brooke Army Medical Center in Texas after a long struggle with cancer. He was born in Muskegon, MI on July 8, 1959 to Reginald & Mary (Duke) Rowe. Mr. Rowe Duke served his country in the US Army for over 25 years until retiring in 1993. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Killeen, TX and will be dearly missed. SURVIVORS Brothers, John (Nancy) Rowe, Alvin Rowe, Thomas Hoistington; sister, Maria (Allen Smith) Wells; mother, Mary Sue Hoisington; several aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Reginald. SERVICE A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, October 11, 2010, 1:00 PM at Mona View Cemetery with Bishop David Thornock and Bishop Alan Wilson officiating and Military Rites given under the auspices of Muskegon County Council of Veterans.
