Czarniecki, Marion Z. "Mike"

Mr. Marion Z. "Mike" Czarniecki age 90, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at his home. He was born August 15, 1916 to Ladislav & Maria (Gozdzik) Czarniecki in Lansing, MI. He moved to Muskegon when he was a young boy. He married the former Stella Marie Wisniewski in Pittsburg, PA on January 13, 1946. Mr. Czarniecki attended St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church and St. Francis DeSales. He was a member of the Polish Falcon Hall and the Muskegon Recreation Club. He was an avid bowler and bowled with the Brunswick league for many years. Mike served in the U.S. Army 370th Air Support group in New Guinea during WWII. He was employed as Quality Controller at Brunswick Corp. until his retirement. SURVIVORS include: his wife, Stella; 3 daughters, Victoria M. (Dale Derda) of Muskegon, Mary A. (Brian) Lee of Norton Shores and Teresa S. (John) Cook of Big Rapids; 4 grandchildren, Lynsey (Tom) Bean, David Lee, Jenni and Katie Omness. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Czarneke. The MEMORIAL MASS will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church. VISITATION: Friday 6-8 p.m. at the Lee Funeral Home. MEMORIALS: V.N.S.
