Cynthia M. Foupht

Mrs. Cynthia M. Foupht, age 52, passed away at home, Thursday afternoon, November 6, 2008, following a courageous battle with cancer. Cindy was born in Muskegon on May 15, 1956 to Robert and Linnae (Latten) Hascher and was a life long member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a 1974 graduate of Catholic Central High School and enjoyed traveling with family to the ocean and reading. Cindy married Mr. Thomas F. Foupht in Muskegon and he survives her along with: daughter, Stacey (Thomas) Schmidt of Fruitport; grandson, Caleb; mother, Linnae Hascher of Roosevelt Park; and two sisters, Vickie (Jeffrey) Falzone of Fruitport and Michelle Austin of North Muskegon. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at: Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Tuesday, 11:00 A.M., Fr. Thomas J. Brown presiding. Visitation will be held at: The Lee Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. 231-798-1100 Monday, 6-8 P.M. concluding with a scripture service at 7:30 P.M. Interment: she will be laid to rest in Mona View Cemetery. Memorials: St. Jude Children's Hospital or Sacred Heart Church.
