She was born in Grand Haven, MI on March 21, 1986 to Daniel VanAvery & Carol McClellan Epplett. Crystal had worked as a server at Burger King on Holton Rd. & was a student at Quest Alternative School. SURVIVORS Crystal is survived by her parents, Thomas & Carol Epplett of Holton, MI; maternal grandmother, Ruth McClellan of Rothbury, MI; paternal grandparents, Ed & Rita VanAvery of NY; her grandmother, Eva Epplett of FL & Walkerville, MI; 2 sisters, Jessie Barry Medendorp of Holton, MI & Jenifer Alex McKentry of Muskegon, MI; 2 brothers, Danny Ladonna VanAvery of Muskegon, MI & Mickey Epplett of Holton, MI; 4 nieces & 4 nephews; many aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. SERVICE Thursday, April 17, 2003, 11:00 AM at the Clock Chapel. Interment at Holton Oakwood Cemetery. VISITATION Wednesday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
