Cori Marie May Watts, age 22, tragically lost her life on December 6, 2025. Born on July 5, 2003, in Muskegon, MI, she was a beacon of love and compassion, always ready to lend a helping hand, especially to the children in her life. Cori graduated from Fruitport High School in 2021 and dedicated herself to her work both as a home health care worker for Advisacare and as a Amazon associate in Grand Rapids. Her entrepreneurial spirit flourished with her small business, where she crafted Sugar Scrubs and Lip Gloss, sharing her talents and creativity with others.

Cori found joy in serving her community and her family, attending Queen Esther Missionary Baptist Church alongside her beloved grandmother, Brenda. She took on the role of caregiver during her grandmother's battle with breast cancer and participated in the Breast Cancer Walk, creating special pink lip gloss for the occasion to honor those fighting the disease.

Cori was deeply connected to her family and friends, spending cherished moments cooking and playing with her nieces, nephews, and the children of her friends.
