Connie S. Zimonick

Connie S. Zimonick, age 51, died Friday, July 18, 2008. She was born in Grand Haven, MI on April 3, 1957 to Richard & Nancy (VanDermeiden) VanDoorne. Connie had been employed as an Administrative Assistant at Chemical Bank West for 15 years. She was a lifetime member of Resurrection Life Church, and a member of the Ottawa County GOP. She enjoyed singing in the Praise Team, the beach, light houses, and needlework. But foremost was always her family. SURVIVORS Son, Rick (Devon) Zimonick; daughter, Vanessa (Brent Chorny) Zimonick; grandson, Ricky Zimonick all of Grand Haven; father, Rich (Charlene) VanDoorne of Grand Haven; mother; Nancy (Dave) Hitsman of Grand Haven; brothers, Ron (Denice) VanDoorne of ND, Randy (Pam) VanDoorne of Grand Haven, Roger (Hope) VanDoorne of IN, Matt (Kelly) VanDoorne of Grand Haven; sister, Charlene (Brian) Tobin of Coopersville; step brothers, Jeff (Karen) Bewalda of Grand Haven, Danny (Linda) Hitsman of TN; several nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles.
