Clyde Glen Lipton

Clyde G. Lipton, 88, passed away unexpectedly on October 20,2022. Clyde was born on July 16,1934 to Andrew and Flossie (Cline) Lipton in Muskegon Michigan. Clyde proudly served his country in The United Sates Navy. He married Frances Kay Lipton July 17, 1992, and the couple spent 30 wonderful years together. He worked for many years as a salesman for National Oil Company of Muskegon. Clyde loved bicycling, wood working, making furniture, fishing, duck hunting, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a member of the Eagles and VFW. Clyde was a supportive, loving, and passionate man who will be dearly missed by all that knew him. Clyde is survived by his wife Frances K. Lipton (Swartz), daughters Danelle Wiggins (Landon Mazurek), Denise (Nate) Cooper, Brenda (Mark) Schohl, Barb Hallberg, Sherry (Ron) Wahr, Mary Couzis, Kathy (Jim) McMahon, along with 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and sister Sharon Dunham. Clyde was preceded in death by his parents, brother Carl, sisters Joyce Lucille Hair, Babe Sundin, Doris Dutkiewicz, son-in-law Richard Hallberg Jr. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday October 30, 2022 from 1-4 PM at the VFW 3195 at 5209 Grand Haven Rd, Norton Shores 49441.
