Clarence Michael Balash

Balash, Mr. Clarence Michael North Muskegon, Michigan Mr. Clarence Michael Balash, loving father & grandfather, age 76, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2022. He was born in Cincinnati, OH on February 14, 1946 to Clarence & Ida (Dears) Balash and served his country in the US Marine Corp. Reserves. He married the former Tay Sharpe on April 19, 1969. Mr. Balash had been employed in the auto industry most of his career and retired from Holland Neway as a Sr. Commodity Manager. He moved his family to North Muskegon, MI in 1989 where he bacame an active member of the North Muskegon Boosters. He also spent many Friday nights in the press box for North Muskegon football recording stats and helping out anyway he could. Clarence loved his trips to go pheasant hunting in Kansas. Clarence was known for restoring old cars and the car shows he would attend almost every weekend and talking with the guys from his car clubs about cars. Most important to Clarence was spending time with his family in Florida and Arizona. SURVIVORS Sons, Cameron (Trina) Balash & Pete (Michelle) Balash; granddaughter, Hadley Tay Balash; grandsons, Cade & Rogan. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Tay.
