Claire Mahaday

Mrs. Claire C. Mahaday, age 79, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013. She was born in Montpellier, Canada on June 9, 1934 to John & Isore (LaFromboise) Warnez and married Albert Mahaday on October 17, 1963. Mrs. Mahaday had been employed as a Realtor and Broker at Hitchcock Realty for years until retiring. She attended St. Mary Magdalene in Hazel Park and the Free Methodist Church. Claire was a loving caring person who like to shop and enjoyed collecting antiques. SURVIVORS Daughter, Cheryl (Ralph) Gill of Grand Haven; grandchildren, Anthony Gill of Warren, Rachel (Webb) Weed of CT; great grandchildren, Duncan & Mason Gill, Daniel, Kenny & Deanna Weed; sister, Violet Robertson of Clawson, MI; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert in 2000. SERVICE Private Family Services will be held.
