Christopher Hines, a life-long resident of Muskegon Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on July 5th 2018. Chris is survived by his father; Thomas Hines (Hattie Hines), his children; Brendan Hines, Briana Hines and Kaylee Hines; his sisters Jennifer Hines and Brandy Klootwyk (Kevin Klootwyk); his step-brother Brian Ketchum and step-sister Kristy Ketchum; his niece Natalie Klootwyk ; his nephews; Dylan Wolffis, Seth Wolffis and Frankie Klootwyk. He is preceded in death by his mother; Tina Langley. Chris was born in Muskegon on July 23, 1980 to Thomas Hines and Tina Wambaugh. Chris grew up in Muskegon and attended Holton High School. Chris loved his children dearly and loved being with family and friends. He was a big jokester and always made people laugh. Chris loved to cook. He was a huge fan of Detroit Tigers and Indianapolis Colts. Chris had a one of a kind geniune smile that will never be forgotten. A celebration of life service is scheduled for Saturday July 14th at 11:00 at The Gateway Church: 1641 E. Pontaluna Rd. Spring Lake, MI. 49456. Pastor Rick South will officiate.
