Charles "Chuck" Junior Smith, age 68, passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023. He was born in Muskegon, MI on June 8, 1955 to Charles & Lois (Huston) Smith and served his country in the US Air Force for 16 years until retiring. Chuck graduated from Muskegon High School in 1973 and after his time in the Air Force he worked in Building Maintinance at Baker College and several other places. He married the former Garnet Keech on June 30, 2000. Chuck enjoyed working in the yard and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

SURVIVORS

Wife Garnet; step children, Christopher LaFrance, Traci (Gabe) DeBarr, Jaclyn (Jonathon) Wilburn; grandchildren, Vanessa, Devin, Alea, James; great-grandchildren, Viviannah, Emilia, Noah; siblings, Mary (Stephen) Troyer, Kim (Michael) Wahr, Kenneth (Margaret Roundhouse) Smith, Robert Smith; several nieces and nephews. Chuck was preceded ind eath by his parents, a sister, Janet and a brother, Walter.
