Charles Edward Lewis

Lewis, Mr. Charles Edward Muskegon, Michigan Mr. Charles Lewis, age 86, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2021. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on January 27, 1935 to Leslie & Henreitta (Dobb) Lewis and served his country in the US Navy. He married the former Ellen Tjapkes on August 10, 1956. Mr. Lewis had been employed as a machinist and welder for Shaw Walker until his retirement. Charles was a member of the Polish Union and enjoyed golfing, going on 8-10 mile walks everyday and enjoying the beautiful Muskegon channel. SURVIVORS Wife, Ellen Lewis; Son, Michael (Debra) Lewis; Grandchildren, Jennifer Lewis, Michael (Kiri) Hill, Stacy Lewis, Heather (Patrick) Trujillo; 16 Great-grandchildren; 5 Great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; Sons, David & Charles; Great-grandchild, Xzavier.
