She was born in Muskegon, MI on January 26, 1953 to Lorenzo & Josephine ((Simmons) Ortiz and married Rudolfo "Jerry" Colon on December 21, 1973. She married Richard Gould on July 21, 1997. CeCe had been employed as a CNA for Christian Care for over 30 years. Cecillia enjoyed karoke, loved country music, crafting, Betty Boop, Flinstones, walking, bike riding, camping & taking care of people .
