Carole Ann Norden

Carole Ann Norden, age 65, passed away on December 4, 2008. She is survived by Terry, her husband of 42 years; three children, Kenneth (Gina), Randall (Kim), and Elizabeth (Troy) Wells; six grandchildren, Mason, Kaylee, Mitchell, Jeffrey, Justin, and Shaylee; two sisters, Eloise (Richard) Danhof, and Betty Jane (Wallace) Ewing; and her mother, Virginia Pickel. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Pickel in 1990. Carole was graduated from Muskegon High School in 1962 and from Western Michigan University in 1966 with a Bachelor of Education degree. She enjoyed playing bridge and taking part in outdoor activities, including swimming and kayaking. Carole was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church, 3225 Roosevelt Road, where a memorial service will be held on Monday, December 8, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., with the Reverend Dennis Lassanske officiating. Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
