Mr. Carlyle F. "Frank" Leady, Jr., age 80, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on August 30, 1934 to Carlyle & Velda (Gill) Leady and married the former Dawn Barber on May 2, 1953. Mr. Leady was a Tool & Die Engineer and partial owner of E.P.C. Industries for many years until retiring in 1997. Frank attended Fifth Reformed Church. He enjoyed the outdoors, sports, hunting and golfing, but foremost was always his family. SURVIVORS Loving wife of 62 years, Dawn; son, Scott Leady of Montague; daughters, Carolyn (Ed) Kotecki of Fruitport, Deana (Alan) Richter of Fruitport, Brenda Leady of Muskegon, Monica (Patrick Vance) Slocum of Allendale; 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; sister, Marilyn Calkins of Oregon; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Randy; great granddaughter, Kaylie and brother, Phillip. SERVICE Friday, May 8, 2015, 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at Fifth Reformed Church with Rev. Paul Burmeister officiating. MEMORIAL: Fifth Reformed Church.
