Carl Wikman

WIKMAN, MR. CARL North Muskegon Mr. Carl Wikman, age 80, passed on Friday, May 7, 2004. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on March 29, 1924 to Vernor and Jeanette Lavendahl Wikman and married the former Ruthann Hill on July 27, 1957 in Muskegon, Michigan. Mr. Wikman served his country as an aerial gunner in the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII. He was employed at the Dake Corporation in Grand Haven for 37 years retiring in 1989. He was a member of the Forest Park Covenant Church and attended services at the Fruitland Covenant Church. SURVIVORS Wife, Ruthann of North Muskegon; 2 sons, Wyss Ann of Walker, Michigan & Wynn of Lafayette, Indiana; 2 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Ivan and Roland Linda of North Muskegon; 1 sister-in-law, Esther Wikman of Muskegon; 2 sisters, Grace Todd and Ruth Anderson of Montague & his cat, Picasso. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Howard. MEMORIAL SERVICE Saturday, May 22, 2004, 3:00 PM in the Chapel of the Pines at the Fruitland Covenant Church followed by a light luncheon.
