Carl F. Richardson

Mr. Carl Frederick Richardson, age 85, passed away Sunday, February 17, 2019. He was born in Big Rapids, MI on July 22, 1933 to Frederick & Edna (Tribe) Richardson and served his country in the US National Guard after graduating from Grand Haven High School. He married the former Johanna Beck on April 16, 1955 and had been employed as a machinist for Gardner-Denver for 25 years until retiring. After retiring they lived in Las Vegas for 30 years until moving back to Grand Haven. Carl was a life time member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and Golden Member Eagle #925 Grand Haven. His love of fishing, traveling and hunting for gold in the desert was nothing compared to the love he had for his family. SURVIVORS Wife of 63 years, Johanna; sons, Bill Richardson, Thomas (Jordan) Richardson, Steven (Sue) Richardson; daughter, Carla (Leslie) Brand; grandchildren, Marta, Marc, Lucas, Tom, David, Lauren, Paul, John, Eric, Brittany, Amber, Crystal; great grandchildren, Daisey, Montgomery, Maya, Sophia, Jayson, Jacob, Inara, Pagan, Fox, Dominic, Aiden & Oliver; brother-in-law, Gerald Stever. He was preceded in death by his parents & grandson, Scott Richardson SERVICE Per Carl's request, there will be no services.
