MAYBERRY, MR. CARL E. Twin Lake, MI Mr. Carl E. Mayberry, age 76, died Saturday, August 16, 2003. Born on January 6, 1927 in Cape Girardeau, MO to Jessie & Mamie Trammel Mayberry, he married the former Virginia Bowers on March 28, 1947. Mr. Mayberry served in the U.S. Army & had retired from S.D. Warren 1989. He was a member of the Apostolic Tabernacle, was a former Assistant Chief of the Dalton Township Fire Department & was an active volunteer in his community. SURVIVORS His wife of 56 years, Virginia; children, Mary Roger Rose of TN, Gary Betty Mayberry of Whitehall, MI, Mike Kim Mayberry of Muskegon, MI, Steven Caroline Mayberry of Montague, MI & Carl Mayberry, Jr. of Twin Lake, MI; 8 grand- children; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Rosa Gonzalez of Battle Creek, MI; brother, Ernest Helen Mayberry of Jackson, MO. SERVICE Wednesday, August 20, 2003, 12:00 Noon at the Apostolic Tabernacle with Pastor Gary Keller officiating. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION Tuesday 6-8 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
