JOHNSON, MR. CARL KENNETH Spring Lake, MI Mr. Carl Kenneth Johnson, age 76, died Tuesday, March 11, 2003 in Grand Haven, MI. He was born in Detroit, MI on November 29, 1926 to Carl & Evy Engman Johnson & married the former Margaret Nikkel on October 18, 1947. Mr. Johnson served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He had been employed for the U.S. Postal Service as a letter carrier in Detroit for 30 years until retiring in 1986. He was a member of Edgewood Lutheran Church in Fruitport & loved to fish. SURVIVORS Wife, Margaret; 1 son, Daryl Mary Johnson of Norton Shores, MI; 1 daughter, Vickie Jurgen Mohr of Denver, CO; 5 grandchildren, Erik Monika, Aaron & Daryl Johnson, Katie & Emily Mohr; 2 sisters, June Strobl of FL & Esther John O'Connor of Roseville, MI; mother-in-law, Catherine Nikkel of Grand Haven, MI.
