Mr. Hildebrandt, age 84, died February 26, 2007. Born May 7, 1922, in Nunica, to William and Leva Hildebrandt, he had lived in the White Lake area the past 57 years. On June 2, 1951, in Chicago, he married the former Lois M. Berg and had worked as a foreman at Whitehall Leather Co. (Genesco) for 28 years, then worked as a lab technician at Howmet Corp. for 19 years. He was a member of Lebanon Lutheran Church and Algot Johnson American Legion Post #69. Mr. Hildebrandt served in the US Army during World War II. FAMILY: His wife, Lois; 1 daughter, Mitzi (James) Luttrull of Montague; 4 sons, William (Janie) Hildebrandt of Whitehall, John Hildebrandt of AR, Tom (Debbie) Hildebrandt of Buchanan and Andrew Hildebrandt of Montague; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Friday, March 2, 2007, at 5:00 PM, from Lebanon Lutheran Church with the Rev. Douglas M. Ogden officiating. A Military Salute will be offered, at the church, by Algot Johnson American Legion Post #69. VISITING HOURS: Friday, 3-5 PM, at Lebanon Lutheran Church, in Whitehall.
