COOK, MR. CARL LEE Grand Haven, MI Mr. Carl Lee Cook, age 41, died Thursday, October 23, 2003 at Hackley Hospital after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Grand Haven, MI on April 3, 1962 to Albert & Sandra Cook. Mr. Cook had been a production worker at Grand Haven Stamp Products. He enjoyed spending time with his daughters, auto mechanics, Nascar events, sports, camping & coffee breaks with friends. Survivors: Parents; 2 daughters, Kimberly Erin & Jessica Nicole Cook, both of South Olive, MI; 2 brothers, Roger Kelly Cook & David Cook, both of Grand Haven, MI; 3 nephews & many cousins, aunts & uncles.
