PLUMHOFF, MR. BURTON J. Norton Shores, MI Mr. Burton J. Plumhoff, age 81, died Friday, November 22, 2002. He was born in Grand Rapids, MI on July 11, 1921 to Frank & Myrtle Rollenhagen Plumhoff & married the former Faith Hendrick in Muskegon, MI on November 21, 1973. Mr. Plumhoff served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He had been employed as an Inspector for Ananconda Wire for 41 years until retiring in 1981. He was a member of the Moose, Eagles, Vikings, Masons, V.F.W. in Montague & White Shrine. SURVIVORS 1 son, Bruce Pat Plumhoff of Coweta, OK; 1 step-son, Jay Kay Johnson of Grand Rapids, MI; 6 grandchildren, Kimberly, Mark, Scott & Brian Plumhoff Jr., Kari Franssen & Kris Plumhoff; 2 sisters, Ruth Robert Jefferies of Shelby, MI & Nathalie Joseph Grantz of Shelby, MI; special friend, Trish Hendershott; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Faith on September 20, 1993; a son, Brian in February of 1997 & by a sister, Dorothy Aebig. SERVICE Tuesday, November 26, 2002, 10:30 AM at the Clock Chapel with Pastor Stephen Fisher officiating . A military service will be held under the Auspices of The Muskegon County Council Veterans.
