Brenda Kay Thompson Torres

Brenda Kay (Thompson) Torres passed away peacefully in her sleep September 4, 2022. She is survived by her daughter, Annette Thompson, grand-daughter, Sarah Cronkrite, grandson, Elijah Thompson, and great-grandson, Matthew Cronkrite. Brenda is also survived by her life-long partner, Ruben Torres, sister, Debbie (Jon) Bosch, brothers, Bill (Debbie) Estlick and Craig (Leslie) Estlick, as well as several nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, and her two cats, Maya & Max. Brenda had been diagnosed with cancer in early June of this year. Unfortunately, the diagnosis came too late, leaving us no time to fight or prepare for the heart- wrenching outcome. Brenda loved a good belly-laugh, a great book, inspirational speakers, and was an avid collector of all things shiny and beautiful. She loved her family with all her might and we will love her right back forever more. A Celebration of Life gathering will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Age Well Services of West Michigan in her name.
