Bolduc, Joseph

Mr. Joseph Bolduc, age 86, passed away Sunday October 29, 2006 in Muskegon, MI. He was born in Oshkosh, WI on May 19, 1920. Mr. Bolduc married the former Irene Margaret Meier on March 22, 1945 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Muskegon. He served in the US Army during W.W.II and received the Bronze Star. Mr. Bolduc was the president and owner of Meier Cleaners for over 45 years, retiring in 1990. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and St. Mary's Catholic Church, a member of the Muskegon Elks, The Knights of Columbus, past President of the St. Joseph Credit Union for many years and the past President of the Michigan institute of Laundry and Dry Cleaning. He is survived by his wife, Irene of 65 years. 3 sons, David (Helena) Bolduc of Boulder, CO, Thomas Bolduc of Muskegon, MI, and Joseph (Brenda) Bolduc III of Norton Shores, MI; 3 daughters, Joanne (Paul) Wickland of Norton Shores, MI, Mary Louise (David) Bolduc-Ashman of Baltimore, MD, and Patricia (Gary) Zuber of Muskegon, MI; 1 sister, Colleen Andrews of Muskegon, MI; 1 brother, Donald (Delores) Bolduc of Dowagiac, MI; 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Robert, Lawrence and William. FUNERAL MASS: Tuesday 12:00 P.M. at St. Mary Catholic Church. Rev. Ernest Bernott officiating. Burial St. Mary's Cemetery. VISITATION: Tuesday 1 hour prior to Mass at the church. MEMORIALS: Harbor Hospice and the Alzheimer's Association. Envelopes will be available.
