Bobbie Mae Allen age 90, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023. She was born in Magnolia, Arkansas on December 24, 1932 to Alan and Mary (Moore) Harper. She attended Columbia High School in Magnolia until she was 16 years old, and then moved to Muskegon, Michigan to live with family. Bobbie loved celebrating all the holidays with her friends and family and was the life of the party. She loved dancing especially to the Blues, and Bobby Blue Band was her favorite artist. Bobbie also loved bingo, playing cards and gambling at the casino. Bobbie had worked at Hackley Hospital for several years until retirement. Bobbie was well known around the community by many. She loved to sit on her porch, where many people would drive by and wave or stop and talk with her. She was the mothering type to all, she loved to cook and feed everyone who would stop over. She was well known for her fried chicken and hot water cornbread.

Daughters: Barbara Johnson - Milwaukee, WI, Cynthia Evans - Forney, TX, and Cassandra Allen - Kalamazoo, MI. Sons: Cedric D. (Becky) Allen, Rolando L. (Diana) Allen and Tyrone D. Allen (Muskegon, MI). Grandchildren: Lloyd McBride and Floyd McBride - Little Rock, Arkansas. Junius Evans, Ashanti Evans, Denisha Johnson
and Will'Donte Brown - Dallas, TX. DeMarcus D. Allen - St. Louis, Missouri. Cedric D. Allen, Victoria Broom, Markell Allen,Bre'Anna Mae Allen, Charles Allen, Tyrese Allen, Anthony Allen, Kobe Allen, Tyrone Kirks-Allen Jr., Tresure Kirks-Allen, Ty'Esha Kirks-Allen and DeAndre Tucker - Muskegon MI. Sister: Glenda (Weldon) Hilderth - Rockford, IL. Special Nieces: Mary Trotter - Grand Rapids, MI, Chyanne Marble-Green - Muskegon, MI, Bessie Oliver - Murphyboro, IL and Rosemary James - Santa Rosa, CA. Bobbie also had 34 Great-Grand Children, 4 Great-Great Grandchildren and many other nieces, nephews and cousins and extended family.
