SURVIVORS Father, Kenneth Willard & mother, Sheryl Captain, both of Muskegon, MI; grandparents, Delores & Benny Captain of Sault Ste Marie, MI; 2 brothers, Kendrick Captain & Kenneth Willard, both of Muskegon, MI; 8 sisters, Delores Captain, Deanna Captain, Tosha Captain, Becky Captain, Roxanne Willard & Julie Shawn Hall, all of Muskegon, MI, Jillian Willard & Wendy Jesse Salazor, both of Fennville, MI; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Leona & Frank Willard. SERVICE Tuesday, May 27, 2003, 2:00 PM at the Christian Life Center, 16765 Hemlock, Spring Lake, MI with Rev. Curtiss McClain & Rev.
