Billie Ruth Halmon, 63, of Muskegon, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025.

Billie was born September 7, 1961, in Saginaw, Mi. She was the daughter of Archie Tullos and Irene Hearst. She worked as store managers and machine operators most of her life and worked hard doing it with 3 beautiful children and 7 grandchildren later. She took pride in being a giver, provider, teacher, and lover for her family. Billie enjoyed sewing, crocheting clothes and hats for her grandchildren, bingo, being with her family, and most of all, God. She was a praying, faithful servant to the Lord.

SURVIVORS

Children, Jacqueline, Juanita (Tra'e), and Craig (Paulina); grandchildren, KenVante' Wallace, Tjuanyeh Keyes, Oh'Mar Halmon, Jamal Ivory, Lov'E Cashaw, Cecelia Halmon, and Calisa Halmon; brothers, Archie Joel (Kimberly), Charles (Shirley), Roger (Karen), Grayland, Torri (Theo) and Archie (Toni); sister, Tammie (Ricky).

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Archie Tullos and Irene Hunter brother, James Gilyard; and sister, Betty Ann Fisher.

So beautiful.

A delicate flower.

A diamond in the roughest of the rough.

She is so loving.

Her love outshines all her painful days.

Her smile filled with sunshine.

Her hugs nurtured your soul.

Her laugh made you giggle and made you forget about your own pain.

Oh, how we will miss those days and cherish every memory.

The moments frozen in time photographed in our minds.

The moments that made your children who we are today full of greatness and worth because you always put us first. We love you, Mama.

SERVICES

Friday, March 28, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Clock Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the start of the service.

The repast will be at 2301 6th street at the old Loftis Elementary beginning at 5:00 PM
