Beverly Freye

Mrs. Beverly M. Freye, age 84, passed away Monday morning, September 17 at the Harbor Hospice Poppen House. She was born February 19, 1923 to Percy and Rose Alice (Grimm) Burch in Muskegon. On December 14, 1946, Beverly married Justin M. Freye in South Bend, Indiana. Justin preceded her in death on January 23, 2000. She worked along with her husband operating the Outdoorsman Sport Center for 40 years prior to retirement in 1972. Beverly is SURVIVED by her 3 brothers, Donald (Sally) Burch of Bradenton, FL, Kenneth (Gloria) Burch of Lakeland, FL and John H. (Donna) Burch of Muskegon; her sister, Shirley Kuberski of Muskegon and many nieces and nephews. Beverly was also preceded in death by her sister, Geraldine Anderson. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 11 AM Friday, September 21, 2007 at The Walburn Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 1547 W. Sherman Blvd. (231)-759-8565 with Pastor Peggy Boltz officiating.
